Prayer
High Cross Church has a team of dedicated Christians who are able to pray with you in confidence.
Sundays
After our 10.30am Sunday Morning Service we offer Prayer Ministry in the downstairs Chapel.
Tuesdays Every Tuesday at 12.30pm, a group meets in the Chapel for a time of quiet reflection and to join in prayers, either spoken aloud or silent. The Sunday prayer request sheet is available and is used within this period of prayer.
Prayer Breakfast A warm welcome awaits all who would like to join us at our Prayer Breakfast. We meet at the Church on the second Saturday of each month at 8.00am. We enjoy coffee and croissants, then spend time together in prayer – praying for our world, our Church, our community, and for the needs of people we are concerned about. If you would like to come along, please let the Church Office know, as this helps us plan the catering.
Prayer Point Our Prayer Point is situated to the left of the Church Office. Prayer request cards are available for use by anyone, for any concern. The cards are posted in a box, and prayer is offered at every Tuesday prayer group meeting for at least the next four weeks. If an address is included, the person who has requested prayer will also receive a card to say we have prayed for them, but this is optional. The aim is to make prayer a possible resource for anyone in the community.
